Hailing from a blue-collar household in central New Jersey, William J. Borowinski defied the odds, embarking on a remarkable journey that would lead him to become a stalwart advocate for justice. Raised in an environment where his mother was the sole high school graduate, Mr. Borowinski initially had no plans for college or law school. After graduating from high school, he joined the U.S. Army during peacetime, intending to serve for twenty years and retire. However, tragedy struck at the age of nineteen when his mother succumbed to cancer. In honor of her legacy and her passion for education and the law, Mr. Borowinski redirected his path. His quest for knowledge led him to Middlesex County College, where he earned an associate degree with Honors. Raoul Bustillo honed his litigation skills as a Hudson County Prosecutor. In 2002, Mr. Bustillo left the public sector to help form Koles, Burke & Bustillo, LLP. DAVID KARBASIAN, ESQ. OF COUNSEL
With over 32 years of experience, David Karbasian has dedicated his career to Personal Injury and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation. He represents both medical providers and patients in PIP arbitrations and bench trials, having successfully handled thousands of cases and recovered millions of dollars in medical benefit claims for providers treating auto accident victims.

Richard Klugh is an experienced attorney with a comprehensive practice in both criminal and civil law.
